From high school students looking to get a head-start on college courses, to community members who want to get training for a new career, SUNY Oneonta's Extended and Community Learning Center is here for you. Non-Degree Study
If you're interested in taking one or more classes but not enrolling full or part time in one of our undergraduate or graduate degree programs, you can register for classes as a non-degree student.

Workforce Partnerships
We embrace our role as an educational resource for the regional workforce. We are developing a variety of new partnerships aimed at helping members of Otsego County and surrounding communities advance in their current careers or gain the skills and certifications to pursue new ones.

Our College in High School partnerships are an affordable, convenient way for high school students to get a head start on college!
